Karen is the Founder and Principal Solicitor of Violet Co Legal & Consulting, a for-purpose legal and consulting practice dedicated to making a material difference in the lives of women and Indigenous people. As an experienced legal professional and advocate, she has a long track record of delivering positive and just outcomes for her clients and the Indigenous Community.
She also has over 20 years’ experience as a non-executive director on not-for-profit boards.
